Equal housing policy:

Plus Properties does not disciminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or age.

Pet policy:

We have a no-pet policy, but can make an exception for one cat or small/medium size dog. We require a one time non-refundable $200 pet fee and a $30 a month pet rent. You must curb your dog and conform to other pet rules.
